7. The decision where to place a listing within the index of business categories shall be at the sole discretion of BuyaBusiness.co.za

8. BuyaBusiness.co.za will occasionally place advertisments in other forms of media and may promote your business (at no additional cost) in the aforementioned advertisment.

Additional Terms for Brokers/Intermediaries

1. If you are selling a business, business opportunity or franchise in the capacity of a broker, agent or any other form of intermediary so that you are not selling in your personal capacity you must register as an intermediary on the website.

2. You warrant that you have the full authority and permission to advertise the business, business opportunity or franchise on the website FROM THE DIRECT OWNER and in particular that you have not advertised a business, business opportunity or franchise by simply taking it off a third party intermediary or broker without the permission of the owner.

Buyer/Visitor Terms

Before contacting a seller of a business through this website you should carefully read the Terms and Conditions and in particular the Disclaimer as well as the following terms. BuyaBusiness.co.za does not carry out any investigations or due diligence into the buyers, sellers or brokers who use this website.

General Terms

1. In an effort to promote the success of the website, any correspondence from Sellers, Buyers, Brokers, Intermediaries or any other party can be published in part or in whole on the website. Only the persons first name will be published along with the quote. This quote can be placed, but not limited to, the “Customer Quote” section(if active) on the website.

2. Visitors to the site may only contact sellers if they have a genuine interest in buying the business/franchise or following up on the investment opportunity, supplier or service provider.

3. Buyabusiness reserves the right to reject and not publish an advert in the event that it is deemed not to meet the purpose, requirements and standards for the website.

Delivery Policy

No goods are delivered on this site. After we receive payment, your advert will be published for the duration of time you selected during the payment process.

Refund Policy

Advertisements: Should you for any reason wish to cancel your advertisement and require a refund you will be liable for a 20% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. No refund requests will be accepted after 14 days of the listing placement.

e-Books: There is no refund on any e-Books purchased on this site.

Payment Options

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR) via the secure Payfast gateway via credit card, eft payment option connected with the major banks in South Africa. Registration with Payfast is free.

Security Policy

Payfast payment services operates on a stand alone SSL secure platform separate from BuyaBusiness and is respected and established payment gateway used throughout the industry.
