We are looking for a buyer for our import and distribution business based in the South of Gauteng. We have been in the industry for more than 6 years now and our main product line is motorcycles and quadrucycles. We have a very large distribution base and are very quality concious. All units are built with care as we offer the spares and maintenance support for our customers. We have all relevant cetifications for our importing and hand select our suppliers. We visit them annually and are always improving on our products and quality.

We currently run our business from our own premises and would like to sell it as a going concern.

We currently rin the business and yes, it will need management. There is staff wanting to stay on as they live in the area and have been working with us for several years.

Asset Details
We currently have high stock levels in quad and road bikes as well as a very complete spares range.

Handover Details
Yes. We would like to stay on for several months so we can ensure all relationships have a smooth change over and the relevant training and travels have been handed over.

Reason for Selling
We have grown the business to the maximum with what we are able to fund. We have a cash flow problem now but also have huge potential in the market place. We would like to train the new owners and staff and conclude the deals currently on the table. A smaller business would be more suited to us.
