The business created a range of cleaning and hygiene products, packaged in innovative release control packaging for use in industrial, commercial and domestic applications. The business was started 10 years ago by the current owner. The business imports some packaging components directly from manufacturers on a daily basis. Local activity is limited to the branding and promotion of products mainly to existing cleaning companies, logistics and administration. The manufacturing and packaging of the finished product is carried out by a large company with whom a strategic alliance has been formed. Most medium and large deliveries are carried out by courier and / or sub-contracted transport companies. All customers have 30 day accounts with the business and all of them pay their accounts by depositing directly into the back account. Leasing Details
The business operates from home and can be anywhere in Gauteng. Only an office and garage for the small delivery vehicle is required.
Trading Monday to Thursday; 8 hours. Friday only 5 hours.

Staffing Details
There is no staff involved in the handover. Two persons will be able to manage and run the potential business even when it doubles in revenue. (It may however be convenient to have a driver.)
